The Publications portal is a reference point listing all the sites, or web-pages of these sites, of the European Union institutions and agencies covering publications.

This site offers two main ways of accessing these sources of information, either by means of:

• a thematic index covering European Union policies and activities; or

• an alphabetical list of all the sites or web-pages referenced in the portal.

For each site, or web-pages of the site, you will find a title offering the name of the EU institution or agency, the name of the service of the institution or agency, if appropriate, and an indication of what kind of publications you will find.

For example, 'Catalogue' means that the site offers a list of titles published by the service, while 'Publications' indicates that the titles are also available online, either free-of-charge or against payment.

The title is followed by a short descriptive text of the contents of the site, or web-pages of the site, and the languages, in which the site is available. Finally, each entry includes a link to the site referenced.
